An amazing spa experience, would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon. Greeted warmly and given champagne on arrival. Had the pleasure of being looked after by Beth and Tatsiana, who explained everything clearly, in detail and adjusted the treatment to my needs. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were a lovely start to our afternoon treatment. The facilities were clean, modern and suitable for use. I would be booking this spa again and can't thank the team enough for the experience.

Have been for multiple visits to the spa now. Me and my wife love it here. The staff are always very courteous and professional, they're great at putting you at ease and ensuring you enjoy your treatment. Tattiana & Beth were great on our most recent visit, they made sure we both had a relaxing experience. 10/10 will definitely visit again in the future.

When we arrived it was much earlier to check in time because of our flight from the States. The front desk accommodated us and was able to get us a room. We were traveling there for our honeymoon and we had an adorable cake and card waiting for us upon our arrival. The front door men were so excitable and ready to help give us restaurant recommendations and “tips” of how to navigate the city. Every staff member was beyond pleasant and the service was exceptional.

Good experience and fitting of the hotel, nice massage though quite soft and I usually like a bit more pressure applied; That said was treated well and all staff were very friendly and made the experience a treat.
