Our massage therapists was warm, professional, and attentive. Before we began, they took the time to ask about any areas of tension and my preferred pressure, which is assuring. Throughout the session, they checked in just enough to ensure I was comfortable without disrupting the peaceful flow.
The massage itself was exceptional. The techniques were smooth, intentional, and deeply relaxing.

Whilst the facilities are small and the changing rooms feel slightly cramped if you're more than 2 people in there, the service by the staff and the treatments were absolutely wonderful.
The therapists were both excellent and skilled.
