Everything about our afternoon was wonderful. The staff were very attentive, friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was also excellent value for money.

Lovely little spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi was a nice temperature and very relaxing and steam room was lovey….very hot! We didn’t use the sauna.
The treatment was amazing, we had a back massage and body detox - the ladies were friendly whilst remaining professional.
Only ‘negative’ was the changing room had lots of dark hairs on the floor & in the showers (but I suppose difficult to keep perfectly clean with people using the facilities continuously)

I bought the Spa and Afternoon Tea for Two deal directly from the hotel following a Virgin Experience some 6 weeks ago. The treatments on offer were excellent. I had the Smoothie Facial and Back and Body massage. My daughter had the body wrap and detox treatments. Louise and Reina were very skillful and attentive
The room is pleasant and calming. Highly recommended as a city escape in central London.
