All of the staff were really lovely and friendly. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. This was a treat from my daughter and there was a lovely glass of prosecco waiting for us. The therapist listened to our concerns and adapted the treatments accordingly. A really nice experience

Was a birthday treat for my mum. The spa is lovely. The staff friendly and attentive. I was let down by the treatment. I don’t believe the lady knew what she was doing. I felt very exposed at times and the massage felt rushed with zero technique. It was not relaxing.
