A lovely spa. Very well organised. The treatment was a 30 minute massage and 30 minute facial. The therapist was attentive and skilled.

The staff at reception were attentive and helpful. The relaxation area was lovely. There was a maximum of 6 people at the time. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were all well looked after. My only issue was that there was another guest who was on their phone, playing music and making videos (not sure on phone policy here). Our treatments were amazing. Massage and facial were both perfect and our therapists were very attentive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend and return again.

It's my 2nd time visiting this exceptional hotel and once again it exceeded expectations! The staff are absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure you have the best experience.
I cant credit Yasmin the spa manager enough. She was absolutely amazing, her management and people skills are second to none and most importantly such a beautiful person inside and out. Made our whole experience that much more incredible! Thank you Yasmin 😊

Had the best time with my grandma, spa was lovely and the staff were really nice. Great value for money. The mini afternoon tea was a hit aswell. Thank you for everything :)
