I’ve been here twice now and no complaints both times. The same lady has done my wax both times, she is so lovely which is why I returned. She’s really informative and friendly. The rooms are peaceful and clean.

She was lovely, very professional but also friendly. She made sure it did not hurt and did not hesitate to give me advise on my skin. Love it!

I took advantage of a 'last minute' price and booked a session just over an hour in advance - however, when I arrived, the two ladies in reception were unaware of my booking and rather flustered as a result. After making a phone call to their boss, they cleared up the confusion. The environment was OK as was the Indian Head Massage - however I remember being extremely relaxed after a previous IHM I'd had years ago but unfortunately didn't have quite the same feeling afterwards.
