I took advantage of a 'last minute' price and booked a session just over an hour in advance - however, when I arrived, the two ladies in reception were unaware of my booking and rather flustered as a result. After making a phone call to their boss, they cleared up the confusion. The environment was OK as was the Indian Head Massage - however I remember being extremely relaxed after a previous IHM I'd had years ago but unfortunately didn't have quite the same feeling afterwards.
