I had a last minute booking for which they had no idea. Appt time 5.30 delayed for 36mins before I was called in at 6.06. Therapist kept talking on the phone for instructions about me. In between, there were more messages from the phone that she checked thinking I wasn't aware. Quality of massage was average and she was nice enough. Scrub was poor with some areas scrubbed so much I had to ask her to stop. Head massage was poor.To top that, she finished 10mins early which I kinda expected sadly..

Don’t be fooled by the unfancy decor, this was an outstanding massage and Carla was highly professional, starting the appointment by understanding my expectations. Friendly and welcoming, she kept checking in throughout, making sure that the pressure was right. I’ll be back.
