I had a morning appointment and the beautician was sick and could not make it in. The venue failed to let me know she would not be there in advance and waited till 30 mins after my appointment time to call and cancel - I had already been to the salon and it wasn’t even open on time, nor did anyone pick up the phone when I arrived. Bad customer experience.
