This was the worst visit by far. Firstly therapist was 25 minutes late, I then got wax all over my new manicure because she kept putting wax on my hands. To follow, she left the used strips on the bed which got stuck to my feet and to top it off she moved my legs to wax an area and burnt my knee on the hot wax pot. Some areas were also unwaxed as she did not do it consciously. Safe to say I had the worst experience and WILL NOT be returning.

I had my waxing treatment late because the wax was not even ready so the staff had to prepare it. Then I suffered a lot during the Hollywood waxing. Usually it never hurt. Sometimes it was not working she was pulling and pulling. i guess the wax they are using is not that good.She even burnt me! It took so long. I am not sure she knew what she was doing. She even admitted she was making mistakes.
Then for upper lip waxing it was OK but she dropped wax on my top and my neck! and for eyebrow waxing she did not manage to do it! she did half!
My experience was not good, I won't come back. the price is good but poor quality.
