Despite the friendliness of the staff, this was the worst waxing I have ever received. It left my skin traumatised and the clinician actually ripped the wax over my anus, not just the nearby skin that had any possibility of growing hair. I have very little hair to begin with so this was indiscriminate waxing, not because it could have been viewed as needed.

I booked at short notice (an hour in advance) and when I arrived they said the they didn't have a vacancy (despite it appearing on treatwell) and that they rarely acknowledge treatwell booking. If you were to book with them I would recommend calling also to confirm.
