Parlour was okay and service was prompt. However a bit harsh on the eyebrows with no gell being applied after the eyebrows which made the skin quite red for sometime.

Despite the friendliness of the staff, this was the worst waxing I have ever received. It left my skin traumatised and the clinician actually ripped the wax over my anus, not just the nearby skin that had any possibility of growing hair. I have very little hair to begin with so this was indiscriminate waxing, not because it could have been viewed as needed.

I booked at short notice (an hour in advance) and when I arrived they said the they didn't have a vacancy (despite it appearing on treatwell) and that they rarely acknowledge treatwell booking. If you were to book with them I would recommend calling also to confirm.
