Therapist was fantastic, facilities seemed good except a bit tired (not as new as some other places). The staff were great, the treatment was quick and efficient (both waxing treatments done in 15 minutes total). Could've been a bit cheaper as a result!

Had to wait a long time to be treated but they did call me to let me know that they were busy and there will be a wait. Staff were nice and treatment was quick.

This was one of the most painful waxes I've ever had, I left with bruises. My eye brow result was amazing but my hollywood and legs were only ok, the way they do strip waxing of hollywood is extremely painful. I've had strip wax on my legs before and never felt in as much pain as this.
My tint was fine but nothing special and doesn't seem to have lasted on my eyelashes particularly long.
They kept me waiting over an hour for my appointment and even asked if someone could go ahead of me as she was only having her eye brows waxed. I was compensated with a extremely satisfying Indian Head massage though.
I also found it weird that mid way through my appointment the therapist was switched out with the owner to finish my appointment as her next client had arrived. I liked the therapist but found the owner quite abrupt.
When booking through Treatwell I wasn't able to select both eyelash and brow tint so picked one and emailed the salon straight away to add on the additional service but never got any reply though when I got there they knew about it yet still made me repeatedly go through everything I wanted. very disorganised and pretty poor communication really.
I would recommend them for eyebrows and massages but beyond that I wouldn't come back here for any other service and not if you were time sensitive like I was.
