I didn't find my visit very pleasant. The wax was very heavy handed and I felt like I was being rushed in and rushed out. Not the atmosphere you want at all. I also noticed that the floor needed cleaning. On a positive note, I thought it was good value - perhaps you get what you pay for.

As always a lovely treatment with the staff. Due to a problem with the booking, however, I had to wait for some time while a staff member became available. Otherwise, lovely.

Eyebrow threading was quick and relatively painless and I like the way they look. Salon could use with some cleaning though.
