Good value, therapist went over sensitive areas multiple times, which is great for removal but left sensitive skin like mine slightly bruised

The treatment room didn't feel very clean.
The lady who waxed my arms was very pleasant but at the end of my treatment another lady burst into the room which I didn't find very professional as I could have been undressed.
The waxing treatment was fairly cheap for London so I would possibly go back if I didn't want to pay more than £10 elsewhere.

I'm very sensitive and have a low pain threshold, Gina was very conscious of this and made me feel very comfortable. Possibly the most painless Hollywood I've ever had.
