Very friendly and accommodating staff. I wouldn't go for a massage as layout would probably mean not peaceful enough but it's perfect for a wax and a lot cheaper than other places. Will be returning.

Staff friendly . I expected to have booked a " SPA in Barbican" which is not really what you can defined SPA. The facial was the worse facial in my life and I don't think the lady knew what to do. I had to stop her for the extraction because I have never suffered like that . I am still in pain and reddish after 2 days . I have no idea the other services but I definitely won't go back .
