Went to atlas spa twice with a friend. The value of treatments is very good, the experience was very enjoyable and the staff very helpful and nice. The only minus is that spa shares the facility with a sport club so you can't get the full relaxation if going swimming, but we knew about it beforehead. It's not the poshes place but still nice if u coming for treatments that are still good quality and value.
A really gd find had a wonderful day swimming, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi then lunch followed by lots of pampering. There's a relaxation room where u can chill between treatments and sip herbal tea and read a good book or have a cheeky glass of Buck's Fizz! All the staff were lovely, both myself and my mum had such a great day and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend :-)

On site cafe had lovely food for lunch. Although several restaurants nearby. You can leave for lunch and go back in later.

I had a spa day at Atlas and really enjoyed the day. I had several treatments - my favourite was the facial. It was very relaxing experience and the treatment was comprehensive.
Perhaps a few small occasional tables in the Relaxation Room would be useful so that you didn't have to put drinks on the floor. An up to date selection of magazines in here would also be a nice addition.
I didn't use the pool or the other facilities within the David Lloyd Club on this first visit but will definitely do so next time. The staff at Atlas were all very welcoming, friendly and professional and I left at the end of the day feeling very relaxed and pampered. I would definitely recommend Atlas to my friends.
Best facial I've ever had. So relaxing I almost fell asleep! Great venue and friendly staff. .Only negative was the fact the swimming pool was so cold!
