A great way to relax with friends. Treatments are excellent value for money. Will defiantely go again. Staff very friendly.
Had a brilliant time, the facilities and the treatments were great and the staff very good. The only downside was there were problems with the kitchen ovens on the day we visited so food choice was limited. Would highly recommend the venue.
Staff were friendly and happy to help though some of their skills were seriously underpar.
The tone of the conversation from the therapist went into too much detail about her own personal experiences of waxing, that I really did not want to hear. An item of apparatus was left in another room, so I was left lying down, door open for anyone walking by and witnessing me in my underwear!
This is very much a gym that has utilized the upstairs space for beauty treatments. I would never pay for a relaxing treatment or spa day here. You will hear the constant dropping of dumb bells (I don't mind this for a wax but during a massage / facial would be really annoying). Plus if you want to use the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi you would need to walk downstairs in your gown, through reception, through the cafe and past the swimming pool to do so.
Lovely relaxing treatment room and really good facial. Espa products used which are my favourite and relaxation room very tranquil. Only used the pool as part of the spa which was a good size and not too cold!!
It was fantastic, very relaxing treatments were exceptional, both by (forgotten her name) were EXCELLENT and professional. Can't wait to go again.
