Visit was good especially also having access to pool etc as well as treatment. The different ambience of two areas also therapeutic . The treatment was just fab . My shoulders and neck really are feeling the benefit .

We had an excellent day - arriving in morning for a swim sauna steam and hot tub . Every thing was clean and easy - pool was an excellent depth throughout and temperature was good . It was comfortable full. Then lunch came next - good food , good range , healthy and some favourites not so healthy - but hot food a little slow . Then for treatments . A lovely calm room - very good masseuse -long session on shoulders and back and then a soothing facial and afterwards a gentle come down rest and tea in the relaxing room. Then reluctantly time to go home .
5 days later now and my shoulders and neck feels as though it belongs to a new womean
My friend and I had a fantastic day! Staff very warm and welcoming, massage and facial was out of this world. Never felt so relaxed, will definitely be recommending to all my friends and returning for more treatments.
Lovely relaxing day, good value for money just a shame some of the facilities where so busy that we couldn't use them when we wanted to.
