We were precisely charged £10 for my son’s haircut but unknown to me we were charged £20 which included an extra charge to wash the loose hair from his head. This wasn't made clear when booking. The haircut was a bit of a bowl cut and not as good as previous cuts which was disappointing.
We understand that we were undercharged before due to old pricing but this makes it more expensive than a barber shop - so we will do that in future as it has been hard to get appointments at Atomic
