It's so frustrating when you have high expectations and they're not met. The lady at the salon didn't spend enough time on my feet, didn't give them a proper massage, and left the dead skin and dirt behind. It's like they didn't even care because I used a Groupon. The equipment was dirty, and I still have dead skin even after using lotion. I'm really disappointed and I really want my refund back.
