Amateurs!!! Probably not qualified nail technician 1. She found it difficult to remove the shellac from my nails. 2. She bended my nails and didn’t take care at all
3. Low cleanliness standards
4. She was asking personal questions and judge me 5. She didn’t file my nails evenly and in a good shape. Also my nails have indentations due to incompetent use of the wheel. 6. She asked me additional big amount of money only for filing (just filing, no polish)

Left with severe wax burns which are still healing 48 hours later. Didn’t use any oil to clean excess wax off, so left feeling sticky. Eyebrow shaping was not great and there are still hairs left behind.
