There are a lot of mistakes with my nail extensions/they are lumpy and quite a messy manicure job I feel, she did not pay attention to detail and was rushing to the next customer. I’m happy with my pedicure results, it just could have been done much more gently - at times I was in pain and I actually started bleeding so she cleaned it and put on a plaster and apologised, though I expected some money back or compensation for it.

As usual I had a really nice experience at this salon! The massage was really relaxing, I almost fell asleep!
