Hands down the worst nail experience I have had in my life. There was hair inside the tub for the foot bath. Then tried to rip part of my toe nail off when it wouldn’t fully come off in the corner. For the hands I didn’t even want gel anymore, just asked them to apply clear polish. My nails were filed down so thinly that even hours later they are sore. I have never had them shaped that poorly. They were supposed to be round, and kept having sharp edges. The lengths are also uneven.
