This was my 2nd reflexology session with Helen . Absolutely a wonderful experience that left me feeling relaxed. Helen is incredibly knowledgeable in the subject of reflexology and is able to identify areas in the body that might need some special attention or medical investigation. Absolutely recommend this treatment.

The treatment room was small but tidy, clean and comfortable. Helen was really good and took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of the treatment. I felt much more centred afterwards.

Absolutely amazing!
Extremely relaxing experience. The treatment room was small and cozy and you didn't hear other noises in the other areas.
Helen was knowledgeable about what was happening to me internally based on the reflexology session.
Will definitely use the services again!
