I've been coming to Jacqueline for years now because she is so amazing, I an honestly say she takes great pride in her work and her clients. As a regular she always has to sort my hair out because I change colours regularly and she cares about what's good for your hair and it's condition! Also I have repeatedly listened to her talking to new clients and making them feel comfortable and confident in what they want and what the process will be and in every action she explains what she is doing.

Jacqueline is great! I’m never sure exactly how I want my hair to look but with some photos of ideas I liked, Jacqueline was able to guide me around what she thought would work best! Jacqueline has a lovely manner and makes you feel at home straight away.
