Had booked to have my hair done for a wedding, when I turned up the hairdresser was in the middle of cutting someone else’s hair and told me I had got my appointment time wrong (which I hadn’t!). Quite disappointed as I had booked 2 weeks in advance and had arranged my day around having my hair done. Looked like a nice salon but wouldn’t go back. Received an email after I was turned away saying that the salon had re-arranged my appointment to half an hour earlier that it was.
