I booked a hot wax, but when I arrived at the salon they didn’t seem to know about my booking. There was a problem with their system which is fine, however because of this half my wax was done as a strip wax while the hot wax heated up! As the wax was plugged in on the floor, the beautician was taking it from the pot on the floor up towards me, so it went everywhere (all on my hands and legs) and I left with wax on my jumper. Staff were lovely but lacked professionalism sadly

When i went there the salon was closed and i had prepaid for my treatment, i was waiting and calling no one came. Not even a call back and i still havent received my refund.
