I was quite disappointed with my wait time. I booked an appointment at 4.30 and was not seen until 4.50pm. It was a shame as I really wanted give it a try as being a new place in town. There was no understanding of time from the people working there and no genuine apology for the lateness. Its a shame. But the haircut was ok but felt rushed as I told her I need to be somewhere for 5.30pm. Hair was everywhere on my jeans and even shoes. I would not return again.

So nice and professional! Although my appt got delayed, they made up for it by giving me a free hair treatment. I got my desired results and my hair didn’t get too damaged from the bleaching. Will definitely come back again.
