Natalia was so lovely and extremely professional. I’m really happy with my manicure. I also loved the atmosphere, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the herbal tea was delicious. I highly recommend

Good treatment but a little disorganised so not very relaxing as the bookings system had not been updated and their receptionist wasn’t in, so people were coming in and the therapists were having to stop treatments part way through to welcome / deal with new customers, but otherwise a friendly service and effective treatment
