It was my first time getting my eyebrows tinted, I’m really fair naturally so my eyebrows are basically non-existent so I was very tentative about getting them tinted - I came to this salon on a recommendation from my best friend. Tara was amazing and put me at ease and I am so pleased with the result - I barely felt the threading either, plus Ollie the dog is the cutest and made the overall experience even better! Will deffo be a monthly customer here!

I got my eyebrows threaded here and found it incredibly stressful. The technician was not very sensitive to my apprehension about her suggestions, though it was my first time here. She got annoyed and stressed when I repeated my preferences, but would also repeat her suggestions as to what to do with my eyebrows.
I would say if you’re nervous or particular, you should be confident and clear with what you want when coming here or you might be effectively bullied into a different approach.
