The massage was great but the arrival experience could have been better, it didn't seem like they were expecting me and took much longer to get me checked in compared to any other salon I've been to,

The venue was fine, hygiene was good (no double dipping). Lacy took lots of care, however it wasn't the most thorough wax I've had (I noticed this when I got home), I think this may have been because the lighting in the treatment room isn't that good.
