Having had an appointment cancelled elsewhere, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise when Imrana managed to fit me at short notice. I had highlights, a toner and re-installation of my extensions and I'm extremely pleased with the results, I haven't been this happy with my colour in so long! Imrana listened to exactly what I wanted and my specific concerns (my hair is prone to yellow and is thin which can make it difficult to hide the extensions) and worked her magic. I will be back!

After being taken out to the back room that didn’t look or feel relaxing, the therapist used strip wax (not hot wax) without stretching the skin, no prep and poor after care also. I was in and out and have been left with a skin infection from the lack of care. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately
