Booked a Hollywood wax and full leg wax as I had there done previously and was great, new staff who left hairs left inside of my thighs at the top. Also uncomfortable as she worn thick blue gloves which her 2nd hand sticks to the part she just waxed as still wax there and is unpleasant

I have been nervous about having colour done at the hairdressers since my hair started falling out after a bad experience. Imrana was excellent and reassuring and made me feel comfortable. She choose the right colour to match my current colour and it was perfect. I needn’t have worried!
