Manicure was fine, apart from taking a long time. When it came to the gel polish this is where it went wrong. To start, not many colours to choose from. The drying lamps kept cutting out and weren’t working properly. It took ages to dry. On the nail technicians last check she said they were dry, just looked wet because it was a shiny top coat - went to get my bag etc and it had smudged and fluff from my cardigan was stuck all over my nails - it wasn’t dry properly at all! They were closing by this point so probably trying to do a quick job towards the end so they could go home. Very disappointed. Will need to get re-done ASAP somewhere else.

I saw a spider in the waxing room. Staff were pleasant enough and quick to attend. However, the lady charged me £6.50 for an eyebrow wax which was just too much & if I had gone to another salon of a similar standard it’s never more than £4.

Booked into nirvana very last minute after being let down elsewhere before my hol. Managed to get me in that day for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax as well as nails for my 4 year old. Had booked for lvl lashes too but thanks to the lovely lady we did my test and then I went back the following day (a Sunday) to get my lashes done.
They were lovely to my daughter and I felt very pampered. My eyebrow wax was fab and the pedicure was very relaxing. The lvl lashes are AMAZING! It’s been 2 weeks and they are just perfect. Will def be back for lashes and eyebrow waxing :)
