I’m not one to leave bad reviews but on this occasion I have to. I originally booked for Saturday and was called 30min before treatment to say they were busy so tried to send me to another branch on the high street but because of the match there was traffic so I rescheduled for Tuesday 11am. I got there they were confused and then refunded my money which wasn’t the therapists fault . Total waste of time do not recommend this business at all. Management is very poor
