I actually had a lady called Maria, I think her name was she is so friendly she does my eyebrows the best since coming to her, she’s quick and so talented and works effectively to make sure her customers are satisfied

I booked in with Reena specifically. When I arrived the lady on the desk told me I had booked for 2 o’clock so Reena was now busy. I explained I had booked for 2:30 and they had made a mistake. She told me I was wrong. I showed her the booking and she just said ‘oh you booked on treatwell’. She then told me I’d have to wait for 30 minutes if I wanted to have Reena. I couldn’t wait that long as I was on my lunch. I waited all through lockdown to get them done by my usual lady. Not happy
