I booked in with Reena specifically. When I arrived the lady on the desk told me I had booked for 2 o’clock so Reena was now busy. I explained I had booked for 2:30 and they had made a mistake. She told me I was wrong. I showed her the booking and she just said ‘oh you booked on treatwell’. She then told me I’d have to wait for 30 minutes if I wanted to have Reena. I couldn’t wait that long as I was on my lunch. I waited all through lockdown to get them done by my usual lady. Not happy
