I have had reflexology before and this was definitely not a reflexology treatment... it was simple someone just rubbing my feet. No questions were asked regarding any aches or pains... when I arrived at the salon the lady was miffed that I had booked online and questioned if I wanted the treatment right now?!?
She then stopped the treatment 25 minutes in and said we were done... when i said that I had paid for 45 she said that she didn’t know I had already paid as I had not told her and she could continue if I wanted her to. She still only did just under 40 minutes after this, despite me making it clear it was meant to be a 45 min treatment.
