The wax was very rushed. It was ok but not particularly thorough, I had to go over places with my tweezers once home. Convenient as I booked last minute and was in the area but probably won’t go back there as not worth paying £40 for a 10 minute rushed job

Usually a good experience however this time, they were having an issue with tech and couldn’t see my booking which meant I had to wait about 20 mins for my appointment. This would have been ok, but the wax was also not very good unfortunately, lots of hairs were missed so I’ve had to go over it again myself a couple of days later. Not ideal after spending £50!
