As a first time customer I was very happy with the service I received for both the tint and the threading
It was great she did a great job at cutting my hair. The downside is every time I go in the atmosphere just seems a bit tense and It makes me feel a bit uncomfortable and unsure of what to say.

This salon was not very busy, it needs a tidy up along stairs and visible places to clients. It lacks that professional decor. On the plus side the girl who did my back massage did a nice job. She didn’t do any of the things that bug me ie ask you to get changed and leave you on the couch for 10 mins! Or don’t massage you for the full allocated time. The treatment room was nicely decked out, ambient music, no noisy distractions. Front of house could be more welcoming in terms of conversation, offer you a drink etc. Customer toilet could be made nicer too. It was good value for money too but I wouldn’t have expected to pay more. Nice massage.

Appointment booked for 2.30 pm but was free in town earlier so called in and they kindly fitted me in there and then. Pleasant lady did waxing, chatted a little, I felt comfortable. I was satisfied with the waxing.
Only downside I felt was that in some areas the salon seemed a little grubby and neglected, treatment room was OK though.
