Honestly I would leave 0 stars. Worst I’ve ever had, I should’ve listened to the reviews. Gemma was late due to speaking to other clients. Instead of leaving the face mask on for 15mins she left it on for 25mins. Contact time in total was 10mins for this 1h booking lol. She finished the appointment at the scheduled time despite her being late. She kept talking to random people in the hallway, you can hear everything from the treatment room so can’t relax at all. Just do it yourself, wasted my ££

My therapist was Jemma; she was lovely, welcoming, & gives a fab massage - She gets 5 stars from me!
There were multiple issues with my booking which was rearranged twice, with less than 24 hours notice each time. Neither time was I told why, or asked if the new booking date/time suited me. I called to ask what had happened and the lady who answered (I found out worked in head office) was pretty apathetic, never apologised for the inconvenience etc. which made the experience less enjoyable.
