Tried very hard to upsell. I felt rushed during my treatment of 30 mins dermplaning and it seemed they tried to maximize revenue rather than put me at ease and suggest treatments I would benefit from. The treatment itself was good with small cuts to my face which were dismissed and not acknowledged by therapist but the clinic came across as greedy and not prioritizing overall care. There was no discussion of after treatment care to the face which is essential.

It was Ok, I expected more of it and probably for longer. Gemma was lovely and listened to my concerns regarding my skin and recommended a course of action. £180+ for it though, I didn't take it in the end.
