My experience with Gemma was absolutely 5 star she is a incredible beautician who knowledgeable about skin, I could not believe how good my skin was feeling after the facial.
Gemma made me feel so welcome in the clinic went through the whole procedure the went through every step and throughly explained to me how this would benefit my skin.
The clinic overall was very posh and clean I would definitely be going back absolutely loved the whole experience thanks so much for everything x

Honestly I would leave 0 stars. Worst I’ve ever had, I should’ve listened to the reviews. Gemma was late due to speaking to other clients. Instead of leaving the face mask on for 15mins she left it on for 25mins. Contact time in total was 10mins for this 1h booking lol. She finished the appointment at the scheduled time despite her being late. She kept talking to random people in the hallway, you can hear everything from the treatment room so can’t relax at all. Just do it yourself, wasted my ££
