Tried very hard to upsell. I felt rushed during my treatment of 30 mins dermplaning and it seemed they tried to maximize revenue rather than put me at ease and suggest treatments I would benefit from. The treatment itself was good with small cuts to my face which were dismissed and not acknowledged by therapist but the clinic came across as greedy and not prioritizing overall care. There was no discussion of after treatment care to the face which is essential.
