I recently attended for a deep tissue massage. I then book in for a a deal of 10 blocks for £346. due to a change of circumstances I can no longer carry out these 10 sessions. When contacting this company I was told that these deals are non refundable. I advised the lady I spoke to on the phone that they did not advise me of this when booking, which she then says it’s stated on their website. Looking at their website it states that there is a 48 hour COOLING OFF period! I want my money back!

The upselling started before the facial. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a more intensive facial. I informed my therapist I wanted to speak to my doctor before booking a course of treatments. Therapist & receptionist tried to talk me out of this even when I said I couldn’t book until I’d been paid. It went on so long and took all the relaxation out of it. Has this approach worked with other customers? I’d be surprised. Pretty sure the therapist was vaping during the facial too.
