Great welcome, felt valued as a customer. Entryway nicely designed but room and hallway could benefit from the same attention. Gemma was very kind and didn't push services, but upgraded me!confusing pricing but overall really happy and would return!

I was really glad to find this last minute appointment. Gemma was friendly and efficient. The facial was okay. No noticeable difference in my skin afterwards, which I generally have had in the past at other clinics.
