The salon looks nice and bright, but the treatment room was quite small and dark - I would have expected the light to be softly dimmed once the treatment started. The therapist was very nice, right mix for me of chatty and discreet; the products smelled great and after maybe an hour of redness from the manipulation my skin was really glowing; I personally like a more intense stile of rolling/face massage and will ask for it next time, but overall it was a good relaxing hour.
