Reflexology was amazing. Gel manicure was poor. Nail filing hurt, tore the skin on finger. Cuticles prep also hurt, the tools were used with force, and when trimming the cuticle away my finger was snipped. Both cuts began to bleed and neither my cuts nor the tools that cut me were sanitised. What I can only guess was acetone was put on to the open cuts hurting me further, polish with the reused brush put directly on to my bleeding cuts, then back into pot. Colour was patchy and began to chip
