The space was beautifully decorated. The massage was relaxing, and the pedicure was good. However, the appointment started 20 minutes late, and the surfaces, especially in the bathroom, were not clean with dust and hair. Overall, there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.
