I'm super sad about this, just arrived home and there's still a fair bit if hair left on me not waxed off. Really didn't expect that, should've checked right after the treatment but I just trusted her. Becca seems super lovely, no problem with the service or the salon at all, now just sad about all the hair left. :(. I'd have texted Becca about before leaving this review if I had the number, sorry Becca, didn't think this was gonna be a bad review, feeling awful about it.
