The spa itself is really modern and clean - the team are so welcoming when you go in so you don't feel awkward just standing at reception. Eliza was so friendly and warm. I felt so relaxed the whole time. The massage was unreal. Sometimes one area might be sore but she would notice straight away and was constantly checking in. Definitely recommend

Giulia was great athelping to release the tension in my neck and shoulders - courtesy of working from home plus a toddler. I felt much better after the massage!
