Buarti showed me to the room. The room was clean and prepared for me. I had booked for a high line on TW but was able to pay the difference as I booked wrongly. She was amazing and had a great technique. Thank you I will book again

When I arrived at the salon, the lady at the front desk could not find my appointment on the system despite me booking well in advance through Treatwell. This delayed my appointment by almost half an hour.
I found the therapist I had to be quite rude in tone and she also made a rude comment about my leg hair growth, making me feel really uncomfortable after. She threaded my right eyebrow quite uneven compared to my left with a gap due to overplucking.
Overall poor & uncomfortable experience.
