When I arrived at the salon, the lady at the front desk could not find my appointment on the system despite me booking well in advance through Treatwell. This delayed my appointment by almost half an hour.
I found the therapist I had to be quite rude in tone and she also made a rude comment about my leg hair growth, making me feel really uncomfortable after. She threaded my right eyebrow quite uneven compared to my left with a gap due to overplucking.
Overall poor & uncomfortable experience.

Very calming atmosphere. I was routinely told to take deep breaths and given the space to recover. Will definitely come back
